The

Who
We
Are
Arc of Possibilities was founded by three C-suite executives whose combined experience spans Fortune 500 leadership, world-class facilitation, and decades of deep inner work. What makes this formation unlike anything available in the market today is not simply what each of us knows — it is what we have lived.
Each of us has operated at the highest levels of global organizations. Each has navigated the pressure, the isolation, and the private questions that come with leading at the C-suite level. And each has done the sustained work of inner transformation — not as a professional practice, but as a lived reality — that creates direct access to Higher Intelligence.
We did not come to this work from the outside. We came to it through our own Reveal.
Barry
Arthur
Holmes
Co-Founder,
Arc of Possibilities
Barry has spent more than three decades inside a question that most leadership development never thinks to ask: not what leaders do, but what they are capable of becoming.
He has worked with more than a hundred organisations across four continents — from global corporations to high-growth companies navigating the edge of what they know. In each engagement, his contribution has been the same: to go to the level beneath behaviour and methodology, to the inner architecture that determines how a leader actually sees, decides, and leads. The results have been structural. Permanent. Impossible to achieve any other way.
What those who work with Barry consistently describe is not a technique. It is an encounter — with a quality of presence that cuts through noise to what is most essentially true, and a precision of question that surfaces what a leader has always known but could not yet access. He does not work on people. He works with them, at the exact depth their moment requires.
Barry brings to Arc of Possibilities thirty years of direct practice, refined across engagements with British Airways, Samsung, Save the Children, BUPA, and many others — combined with a commitment to his own inner life that matches what he asks of the leaders he works alongside. He competes. He endures. He does the work.
He is here because he has spent a career on the threshold of what leaders are genuinely capable of — and because he knows, with certainty, that most of them have not yet been shown the way through.

Lisa
Petrilli
Co-Founder,
Arc of Possibilities
Lisa has lived at the intersection of two worlds that most people are told cannot coexist: the world of high-stakes corporate leadership, and the world of deep inner work. She has not chosen between them. She has spent her life proving they are the same world.
Her corporate credentials are rare. She managed a $750 million P&L at Baxter International. She founded the Medline Institute — healthcare’s first corporate-owned executive leadership institute — at Medline Industries. She has spoken at the United Nations and the United States Naval Academy. She has served as Chief Relationship Officer to 250 mid-market CEOs — the person they trusted with what mattered most. She has sat in the rooms where the highest-stakes decisions are made, carried the weight of them, and led through them.
What Lisa knows — from the inside of that experience, not from observing it — is that the leaders who navigate those moments most powerfully are not the ones with the best strategy. They are the ones who have done the inner work. Who have crossed the threshold from performing leadership to embodying it. Who lead not from what they know, but from who they are.
That conviction did not come from theory. It came from her own journey — a life lived at full stretch, shaped by experiences that demanded she find something deeper than skill or intellect to stand on. She found it. And she has spent years learning how to hold the space for others to find it too.
Lisa brings to Arc of Possibilities the fluency of someone who has operated at the highest levels of global organizations and done the most uncompromising inner work — and who understands, in her bones, that these are not separate paths. They are one path. The path the Renaissance Leader Experience was built to reveal.

Liz
Straughan
Co-Founder,
Arc of Possibilities
Liz is not here to describe what this work makes possible. She is here because she is what it makes possible.
Over a career spanning four decades and every major market in the world, Liz has built something rare: a business life of genuine consequence, conducted entirely on her own terms. She spent more than a decade selling complex industrial equipment across the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa — navigating markets that were, for a woman, among the most demanding in the world — not by overriding culture or forcing her way through, but by doing what she has always done: honoring the people in front of her so completely that trust became inevitable. She went on to found and lead STP Limited, her own company, for twenty-five years. She has recently been elected by her peers as President of the Society of Dyers and Colourists.
What Liz has built is not the result of a framework she was handed. It is the result of who she is — a human being who leads from the heart without ever losing her precision, who sees people with a clarity that makes them feel known, and who understands, as well as anyone alive, how to build something that lasts.
In the Renaissance Leader Experience, Liz holds a dimension that no methodology can manufacture. She is the answer to the moment — and it will come, for every leader — when the work becomes difficult enough to make them wonder whether it is worth it. In that moment, they will be in the room with someone who has navigated profound loss without losing herself, who has built a life of extraordinary accomplishment and deep fulfillment, and who can say, with the authority of a life fully lived: it is worth it. Not as reassurance. As proof.
Quietly formidable. Entirely present. The kind of person who makes you feel seen before she has said a word.

We
have each arrived here
We have each arrived here
by a different path.
Barry through decades of going beneath the surface of leadership, to the inner conditions that determine everything. Lisa through the rare experience of operating at the highest levels of global organizations while doing the most uncompromising inner work — and discovering, from the inside, that these are not two journeys but one. Liz through a life lived so fully, so heart-forwardly, and with such sovereign presence that the work of Arc is not something she teaches. It is something she embodies.
What we create together cannot be engineered from any single one of us. It is the result of three distinct and irreplaceable dimensions held in one room — a quality of presence, precision, and proof that makes the Renaissance Leader Experience unlike anything else available to leaders today.
We are here because we have each crossed the threshold we are inviting you to cross. We know what it takes to make that passage. And we know what becomes available on the other side.

Why THREE
The Renaissance Leader Experience is delivered in full by all three of us — present together, for every leader and every team, for every day of the engagement.
This is not a facilitated program that could be delivered by a trained associate. It is three specific people, each bringing a distinct and irreplaceable dimension to the work, whose combined presence creates the conditions for transformation that cannot be engineered any other way.
Each of us sees what the others cannot. Each of us holds what the others don’t carry. Together, we create something that none of us can create alone — and that no other leadership development firm in existence has been able to replicate.
We are not a consultancy with a methodology. We are three people who have done this work in themselves, who have guided it in others, and who show up with the full weight of that experience for every leader and team we work with.

One extraordinary emergence — every time.
What now becomes possible when your leaders are operating from the fullest realization of who they are? This is the question that matters. Everything else follows from it. Those who answer it will define the next era. Be among them.
